Terms and Conditions

•A customer who holds a HSBC credit card (except HSBC Corporate card, and HSBC Debit card) issued by HSBC Bank (Singapore) Limited (“HSBC”) in Singapore (such HSBC credit card, a “Card”) as a credit cardholder and whose credit card account is in good standing with HSBC over the entire Promotional Period (as defined below) and at the time of fulfilment (as determined by HSBC at its discretion) and who fulfils these terms and conditions (such customer, a “Cardholder”) shall be eligible to participate in the promotion (“Promotion”).
•This Promotion is valid on 12 December 2019 to 14 December 2019 (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotional Period”).
•Voucher released for collection at 9am on 12 December 2019, is valid for usage until 11.59pm on 12 December 2019.
•Voucher released for collection at 9am on 13 December 2019, is valid for usage until 11.59pm on 13 December 2019.
•Voucher released for collection at 9am on 14 December 2019, is valid for usage until 11.59pm on 14 December 2019.
•Voucher is applicable for Singapore issued HSBC Credit Cards only.
•Customer must meet the minimum spend criteria of the payment voucher AFTER DEDUCTING the Lazada platform, free shipping and brand/seller vouchers.
•Collected vouchers will be automatically applied ONLY at the checkout payment page (upon entering the applicable Credit/Debit card number).
•Availability of vouchers are limited in quantity and are subject to availability.
•Voucher is applicable for single use only, and may be stacked with other free shipping, sellers' and Lazada campaign collectible vouchers.
•Voucher is not stackable with other bank/payment vouchers.
•Voucher is applicable on the Lazada iOS or Android mobile applications only.
•Voucher is not applicable on delivery charges, over-the-phone purchases and the following categories: digital goods; jewellery/gold; toddler formula (0-6 months); and over the counter (OTC) medicine.
•Lazada reserves the right to cancel suspicious orders without prior notice. This includes voucher abuse, including vouchers redeemed using multiple accounts or multiple checkouts associated with the same customer or group of customers; and vouchers used in bad faith.
