Terms & Conditions
- Promotion period is from 22nd January 2018 to 31st December 2018 (both days inclusive), unless otherwise stated. - Under the promotion, a first time Shopback Citi Cardmember will enjoy a SGD10 cashback bonus, consisting of SGD5 credited upon sign up via www.shopback.sg/citi-special, and an additional SGD5 after he/she charges his/her first purchase to his/her Citi Card/ Citibank Ready Credit, no minimum spend required. - To be eligible for the SGD10 cashback bonus, a Citi Cardmember has to login via www.shopback.sg/citi-special and sign up using their first 8 digits of their Citi Credit/Debit card number. An eligible Citi Cardmember may only signup for the bonus once and Shopback reserves the right to cancel fraudulent accounts. - To be eligible for the cashback offer at listed merchants, a Citi Cardmember has to access the participating merchants' websites by clicking through www.shopback.sg/citi-special and charge his/her qualifying purchases to his/her Citi Credit/Debit Card. Cardmember who access the participating merchants' websites directly will not receive cashback. - An eligible Citi Cardmember has to make his/her purchases on the same device that he/she clicks through on. - An eligible Citi Cardmember who chooses to participate in the promotion will be subject to the promotion terms and conditions available at www.shopback.sg. - Individual merchant terms and conditions apply. - The cashback offer at selected merchants are subject to change. - Should there be any enquiries, disputes or any order not tracked, Citi Cardmember has to reach out to Shopback at [email protected] directly. - Citibank's decision on all matters relating to the promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants. - Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties.
