Terms & conditions governing the 3% Cash Rebates Programme at the Singapore Sportshub

1. The 3% Cash Rebates Programme at Singapore Sportshub is a unique programme for OCBC Consumer Credit Card Cardmembers only. It is not applicable for OCBC Consumer Debit, Business Debit, Business Credit, Corporate, or PLC Card Cardmembers.
   
2. The 3% cash rebate is awarded on the following:
   (1) purchase of tickets for shows, concerts or sporting events at the OCBC Arena, OCBC Aquatic Centre, National Stadium, Singapore Indoor Stadium or Water Sports Centre; or
   
   (2) payment of entrance fees and booking fees for facilities at OCBC Arena, OCBC Aquatic Centre or the Water Sports centre (the “Qualifying Spend”).
3. Unless specified above, the 3% cash rebate is not applicable to any other spend at Singapore Sportshub.
   
4. The 3% cash rebate is not applicable for purchase of tickets to events at the Singapore Sports Hub through SingPost.
   
5. The cash rebate earned by both Principal and Supplementary Credit Card Cardmembers will be aggregated and credited to the Principal Cardmember’s Credit Card account and reflected in the billing statement for the following month.
   
6. Cash rebates are computed based on 2 decimal places per transaction with any rounding up.
   
7. If a Principal Cardmember's Card Account is terminated for any reason (whether by OCBC or the Principal Cardmember), both Principal and Supplementary Cardmembers will be disqualified from participating in the 3% Cash Rebates Programme at Singapore Sportshub and any accumulated rebates shall be automatically forfeited; such rebates shall not be transferable to any other card account.
   
8. If a Supplementary Card is terminated for any reason, the Principal Cardmember will still be eligible to participate in the 3% Cash Rebates Programme at the Singapore Sportshub.
9. For OCBC FRANK Credit Card:
   (1) The terms and conditions of the FRANK Cash Rebates Rewards Programme will apply for FRANK Credit Cardmembers. The cash rebate earned under the “3% Cash Rebates Programme at Singapore Sportshub” for FRANK Credit Cardmembers will be computed as part of the monthly maximum rebate capped at S$60.
   
   (2) If your total offline spend in the same month (excluding Auto-top-up (ATU) transactions) on your Frank Credit Card exceeds $400, you will enjoy a 6% rebate on the Qualifying Spend if your payment was made online and charged to your FRANK Credit Card.
10. For OCBC 365 Credit Card
    (1) The terms and conditions of the OCBC 365 Credit Card Cashback Programme will apply for OCBC 365 Credit Cardmembers. The cash rebate earned under the “3% Cash Rebates Rewards Programme at Singapore Sportshub” for OCBC 365 Credit Cardmembers will be computed as part of the monthly maximum cashback capped at S$80.
    
    (2) OCBC 365 Credit Cardmembers will enjoy a maximum of 3% cash rebates at Singapore Sportshub regardless of whether the transaction is conducted online or at relevant box offices at Singapore Sportshub.
11. For OCBC Great Eastern Cashflo Credit Card
    (1) The terms and conditions of the OCBC Great Eastern Cashflo Credit Card Cash Rebates Rewards Programme will apply for OCBC Great Eastern Cashflo Credit Cardmembers.
    
    (2) The cash rebate earned under the “3% Cash Rebates Programme at Singapore Sportshub” for OCBC Great Eastern Cashflo Credit Cardmembers will be computed as part of the monthly maximum rebate capped at S$100.
12. For OCBC Cashflo Credit Card
    (1) The terms and conditions of the OCBC Cashflo Credit Card Cash Rebates Rewards Programme will apply for OCBC Cashflo Credit Cardmembers.
    
    (2) The cash rebate earned under the “3% Cash Rebates Programme at Singapore Sportshub” for OCBC Cashflo Credit Cardmembers will be computed as part of the monthly maximum rebate capped at S$100.
13. Qualifying spend charged to the Card but have yet to be posted to the Card Account will not be taken into account in the computation of cash rebates to be awarded.
    
14. Cash rebates awarded by OCBC in respect of the reversed retail purchases will be deducted from the cash rebates computed for the following month spend. Any cash rebates deducted due to reversed transactions will be reflected in the Billing Statement of the following month.
    
15. We may retract, deduct and/or re-compute any cash rebates awarded if you fail to effect due payment for the Card Transactions or the Card Account is terminated by you or OCBC for any reason.
    
16. Any cash rebates awarded will be reflected in the Billing Statement provided on a monthly basis. The cash rebates will automatically be applied to pay part of the billed amount for that month. We reserve the right to replace the cash rebates with another item or kind of reward as we may determine without giving any reason or notice at any time and from time to time.
    
17. We reserve the right at any time without giving any reason or notice to you to deduct, withdraw or cancel any cash rebates awarded to you without liability. You will not be entitled to any payment or compensation whatsoever in respect of such deduction, withdrawal or cancellation.
    
18. We may, at our sole discretion and without giving any reason or notice, suspend the cash rebates rewards programme at any time.
    
19. The award and crediting of cash rebates to your Card Account will be entirely at our discretion and we shall not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage suffered or incurred by you arising from or in connection with the cash rebates and/or the Card. Our decision on all matters relating to or in connection with the Card (including 3% Cash Rebates Programme) shall be final and binding on you.
    
20. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms & Conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Card, these Terms &Conditions shall prevail.
    
21. We have the right to end this programme or change any terms and conditions (including but not limited to the cash rebates and eligibility criteria) without giving any reason or notice at any time and from time to time.
22. You allow us to reveal information about you or your account to any person; including the people involved in organising, promoting and carrying out promotions and/or this programme as we see fit.
    
23. The laws of Singapore apply to these terms and conditions, and any disputes between you and us will be dealt with in the courts of Singapore. Under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap 53B), a person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these terms and conditions does not have the right to enforce any of these terms and conditions.
    
24. The Bank’s decisions on all matters relating to 3% Cash Rebates Programme shall be final and binding on all participants. No correspondence or appeal shall be entertained by the Bank. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the 3% Cash Rebates Programme, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
