Terms & Conditions
- Promotion period is from 2nd January to 30th December, 2018 (both dates inclusive). - Promotion is valid when Citibank Debit/Credit Cardmembers ("Citi Cardmembers") apply for a TungLokFirst membership application online by clicking on the hyperlink as specified in our Citibank advertisements (including electronic mailers or facebook post). - Citi Cardmembers will be prompted to enter the 1st 6 digits of their Citibank Debit/Credit Card on the TungLokFirst membership application webpage: https://citibank.tunglok.com/ - Upon successful application of the TungLokFirst membership, Citi Cardmembers will receive the TungLokFirst membership card which is preloaded with a value of SGD20 and a SGD10 e-voucher ("Voucher"). - To enjoy the TungLokFirst membership privileges/Voucher at participating TungLok establishments, payment must be made with a Citibank Debit/Credit card. - TungLokFirst membership is valid for 1 year from date of sign up. - General TungLokFirst membership privileges and terms & conditions apply. - Citi Cardmembers can only utilize the Voucher with minimum spend of SGD100 in a single receipt charged to a Citibank Debit/Credit card, excluding service charge and GST. - Voucher to be redeemed will be deducted from the total bill (before service charge & prevailing GST), before new rebates are earned. Gross bill is subject to service charge & applicable GST. - Voucher is valid for dine-in only at all TungLok Group of Restaurants (except Ruyi-Chinese Fast Food, Slappy Cakes, Singapore Seafood Republic and TungLok Teahouse-Changi Airport Terminal 2), unless otherwise indicated. - Voucher cannot be used on eve of public holidays, public holidays & special occasions such as Valentine's Day, Father's Day, Mother's Day, eve of Chinese New Year, Chinese New Year and during the 15 days of Chinese New Year unless otherwise stated. - Voucher is not valid with other promotions, privileges/membership cards, redemption of TLSGD and/or other vouchers/e-voucher (including birthday e-voucher). - Voucher is not exchangeable for cash. Any unused or unredeemed value will be forfeited. - Voucher cannot be used for purchases of alcoholic beverages, takeaways, high tea, buffet, banquet (e.g. more than 30 pax event) and merchandise. - TungLokFirst membership card or TungLokFirst member's mobile number must be provided at the time of dining for verification purposes in order to enjoy the privileges. - Citibank's decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants. - Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the product and/or services shall be resolved directly with TungLok Group of Restaurants. - Citibank and TungLok Group of Restaurants reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time. - "Citibank" refers to Citibank Singapore Limited and "TungLok Group of Restaurants" and "TungLokFirst" refers to TUNG LOK MILLENNIUM PTE LTD.
