Terms and Conditions

A customer who holds a HSBC credit card (except HSBC Corporate card, and HSBC Debit card) issued by HSBC Bank (Singapore) Limited (“HSBC”) in Singapore (such HSBC credit card, a “Card”) as a credit cardholder and whose credit card account is in good standing with HSBC over the entire Promotional Period (as defined below) and at the time of fulfilment (as determined by HSBC at its discretion) and who fulfils these terms and conditions (such customer, a “Cardholder”) shall be eligible to participate in the promotion (“Promotion”).
This Promotion is valid from 3 June to 31 August 2019 (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotional Period”).
The new to Love, Bonito shoppers’ offer is valid for new to Love, Bonito customers only. Cardholder must enter the promo code “HSBC8NEW” and the first 6-digits of your Card (Example: HSBC8NEW123456) upon checkout.
The existing Love, Bonito shoppers’ offer is valid for existing Love, Bonito customers only. For online purchase, Cardholder must enter the promo code “HSBC8LB” and the first 6-digits of your Card (Example: HSBC8LB123456) upon checkout.
Promotion applies to sale items but not gift cards.
All purchases at LoveBonito Singapore Pte Ltd (“Merchant”) website or the store(s) are subject to Merchant’s terms and conditions of sale.
Sale items, intimates, swimwear, accessories, bags, lifestyle and gifts purchased cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other codes, marketing promotions and offers, and not exchangeable for cash, kind or other goods and services.
Promotion cannot be claimed after the purchase is completed.
For online purchases: Promo code must be entered upon checkout. Returns may be made for purchases on Merchant’s website, except for sale items and accessories, for a gift voucher. For returns, only the discounted value of the item paid will be issued in the form of store credits, credited into your Love, Bonito account. Online purchase using this discount may be exchanged at our Singapore store to another size or color only.
For in-store purchases, products purchased under this promotion (including sale items) are not valid for returns and can only be exchanged. Only products in its original condition with the product tags still intact will be valid for exchanges in the store(s) within 30 calendar days. For exchanges, only the discounted value of the item paid will be exchanged.
Payment must be made using a HSBC Credit Card.
HSBC is not the supplier of and accepts no liability for the goods and services provided by the Merchant involved in this Promotion.
The Merchant and HSBC reserve the right to vary any of these terms and conditions, or to withdraw this Promotion, at any time in their discretion without prior notice.
