Terms and Conditions

A customer who holds a HSBC credit card (except HSBC Corporate card, and HSBC Debit card) issued by HSBC Bank (Singapore) Limited (“HSBC”) in Singapore (such HSBC credit card, a “Card”) as a credit cardholder and whose credit card account is in good standing with HSBC over the entire Promotional Period (as defined below) and at the time of fulfilment (as determined by HSBC at its discretion) and who fulfils these terms and conditions (such customer, a “Cardholder”) shall be eligible to participate in the promotion (“Promotion”).
This Promotion is valid from 1 October 2018 to 31 December 2019 (all dates inclusive) (the “Promotional Period”).
S$5 discount is valid for all care services except confinement nanny services with a minimum spend of S$80 in a single transaction. Cardholder must enter the promo code “HSBC” and the first 6-digits of your Card (Example: HVHSBC123456) (“Code”) at www.caregiverasia.com upon checkout to enjoy the Discount.
Booking of services is confirmed upon receiving of full payment.
Booking of services must be utilized within one (1) month from the date of transaction.
Booking of services must meet the minimum number of hours per service.
Duties are subject to the services provided by the caregivers. Services are subject to availability.
Promotion is applicable for all care services except confinement nanny services.
Promotion is not applicable for corporate bookings, on the eve of public holidays and public holidays, and for urgent cases where services are required within 24 hours.
Code cannot be combined with other codes and promotions, and not exchangeable for cash.
Payment must be made using a HSBC Credit Card.
HSBC is not the supplier of and accepts no liability for the goods and services provided by the Merchant involved in this Promotion.
The Merchant and HSBC reserve the right to vary any of these terms and conditions, or to withdraw this Promotion, at any time in their discretion without prior notice.
