1. Appointment booking must be made minimum 7 days prior to preferred appointment date (unless otherwise confirmed by Global Health and Travel). 2. Rescheduling of appointment must be done at least 48 hours appointment time. 3. Appointment confirmation is subject to availability. 4. Prices are correct at the time of publication and subject to revision without prior notice. 5. Any additional services, tests and treatments offered/received at time of package redemption, and not part of the package, are subject to additional charges paid directly to the provider. 6. All bookings and payment for packages must be made through Global Health and Travel for promotions (if any) to be applicable. 7. Global Health and Travel reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice. 8. Purchases are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled after payment is made, unless the treating doctor advises the patient he/she is unfit or not suitable for the package treatment. 9.
